Harmony Hill Australian Shepherds is nestled on 30 acres in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut.
We are a small home based hobby breeding kennel with lofty aspirations adhering to the philosophy that "less is more". Our "kennel" consists of 5 indoor outdoor, covered, heated and A/C runs. Two adjoining park like meadows are fully fenced play yards for our dogs. Rest assured all of our dogs spend considerable time in the home and are NOT kennel dogs.
Because of our strong feelings and the breeds desire to be with it's people we would rather have the dogs born here go to homes where they are family members. This goes for companions, show dogs, and performance dogs alike.
Coming from an equine background the transition to dogs with an eye towards the breed standard came relatively easy.
We have been blessed with wonderful co-owners who have a passion for training & handling. Their hard work and dedication have taken the dogs of Harmony Hill to the top. I cannot thank these special friends enough.
In addition the long term friends and repeat companion buyers developed over the years hold a warm spot in my heart.
